All purchases can be made securely online 24 hours a day at simplykidsclocks.co.uk. We are a UK store and DELIVER WORLDWIDE. All items are delivered free to the UK mainland. Overseas deliveries have a charge of £3.95 per item for the first two items, and thereafter at £2.50 per item.

Your security is very important to us. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by Paypal and are not accessible by anyone at Simply Kids Clocks. You will receive an e-mail receipt from Paypal and e-mail confirmation from us of your order.

Delivery Schedule

We provide an estimated delivery time for every gift on our site, and in most cases these delivery targets are met. All goods are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. However, all our gifts are hand made and personalised and sometimes unexpected problems may arise. Seasonal events like Christmas and Easter may also affect the delivery times, or in extreme cases disputes by Royal Mail. For this reason we ask that in all cases you allow up to 14 days from dispatch for delivery from the date of dispatch, although this is not a guarantee of delivery itself. Overseas deliveries may take up to 21 days.

We would ask you to please note that multiple orders may arrive seperately as each item is packaged and sent as soon as it is ready. Delivery in most cases is by second class post.

All our prices are inclusive of postage and packaging to the UK. Overseas delivery is fixed at £3.95 per item for the first two items, and thereafter at £2.50 per item. Post in most circumstances is by 2nd class Royal mail and usually takes 2-4 days for delivery from date of dispatch.

How To Order

Every gift is personalised at Simply Kids Clocks with a child's name. The options available for each gift are clearly shown - just add the name, name colour and click on 'Add to Cart'. Some clocks have the option to add a personal message and we would just ask that you show a little restraint! Look at the image and it should give you a good idea of what should fit - and what will not!

How To Pay

Choose to pay directly with your Credit Card, or use Paypal's Express Checkout. We accept Visa, Switch, Discover, American Express, Solo and Mastercard. Paypal account holders need only enter their email address and password. If you do not have an account then Paypal will simply process your payment using your credit card details.

If you have any problems completing your transaction for whatever reason then just let us know. We will be happy to accept payment by cheque and will process your order immediately upon receipt. Email us the details of your intended purchase and we will send you a confirmation email and the details required for you to complete your transaction. Do NOT just send a cheque to us with your order without first receiving a confirmation email from us. We hate to disappoint but your payment will be returned to you.
