Customer Complaints
If you have a complaint of any kind - no matter how small - please let us know. Honestly! We would rather you told us that we got something wrong, or that we could have done something better. That way we can fix it and make you happy, and more than likely you will come back and visit us again. If you don't want to phone then just click on one of the email addresses above. Don't worry - we won't come to your house with a big stick or talk about you over dinner (well - maybe!). We will just try and make it better.
When Telephoning Us
We run our online business from offices at home. We have a young family and sometimes they pick up the phone first - it's a kids thing! But don't worry - we reach the phone first 90% 95% of the time! If we don't and you happen to get our 3 year old Amy, we suggest you hang up or you will be there all day!
